Our unisex onesie fits comfortably, not too snug, with rib cuffs at the wrist and ankle. Adults Small is approximately a Ladies Small (height of 5'2-5'6), Medium is approximately a Ladies Large/Mens Small (height of 5'7-5'10), Large is approximately a Men's Medium-Large (height of 5'10-6'1) - X-Large fits well as a Men's XL (height of 6'1-6'4)
