All orders will be shipped to your door via Canada Post Standard Service unless you request an alternative. Once shipped, you'll generally receive your goodies within seven business days if you're in North America. Please note that we don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays; if your order is placed over the weekend, we'll ship it on the following Monday.

We try our best to make sure that your order is delivered on time, but drakegeneralstore.ca cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, a zombie apocalypse, etc.

You'll be charged when your order has shipped and only for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.
