Shipping
Orders are processed for fulfillment 5-7 business days from receiving your order. Shipping times vary and are in addition to our fulfillment timeframe.
Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
All orders are shipped via Flashbox, Canada Post or UPS from our warehouse in Toronto. International Orders will be processed through their local postal network once it arrives to their destination country.
Have an issue with the order you just placed? Get in touch at info@drakegeneralstore.ca for any adjustments. Please note that requests made later than 12 hours after the time of ordering may not be eligible for adjustments, as your order is already underway.

Under $119 CAD (before taxes + after discounts):
- Ontario & Quebec: $15 CAD
- Newfoundland & Labrador, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Manitoba & Saskatchewan: $20 CAD
- Alberta, British Columbia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut & Yukon: $25 CAD
Over $119 CAD (before taxes + after discounts): FREE!*
International
- USA: $30 CAD
- UK: $65 CAD

*Certain oversized items and shipping addresses may be exempt from Free Shipping. We try our best to make sure that your order is delivered on time, but drakegeneralstore.ca cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, peak periods etc.
We are unable to predict or take responsibility for any customs or duties incurred in the shipping process.
All orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.
Claims on orders received must be made within 72 hours of receiving your shipment.
