Online Return Policy
We always hope that you love everything in your order, but if you're unsatisfied for any reason with any of the items you received, we’re more than happy to offer a refund. Please note that:
- All items must be unused, and in their original packaging.
- Clothing must be unworn, with their tags attached.
- All items must be sent back within 14 days upon receiving your order.
We do not refund shipping on orders and you are responsible for the return postage. We’d advise shipping your return with a tracking number to ensure that the items do not get lost in transit. Returns can be mailed to the address below:

Food, apothecary, undergarments, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
Currently, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We welcome you to return your items by mail, and repurchase the items in your desired size or style.
Payments will be refunded back onto your original method of payment. Please allow between 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
Sale Items will be refunded via store credit in the form of a Gift Card.
Returning Faulty/Incorrect Items
In the event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily provide a return shipping label. Once the defective item is received we’ll ship out a replacement.
Returning Online Orders In Store
Local to Toronto? Online orders can also be returned in person at the our Flagship store at 1151 Queen St. W., Toronto, ON. In-store returns are accepted with printed or digital invoice/packing slip within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns are conditional upon the conditions above.
Purchases made in store are valid for exchange, credit, or refund at any Drake General Store, when returned in unworn, unwashed, or defective condition, with accompanying receipt. Items purchased at a discounted price or returned with a gift receipt are eligible for store credit only.
